C3 Smart Password Reset

Password Reset

1. From the C3 Smart App* welcome screen tap on Sign In, enter your email address and select Forgot Password.



2. After selecting Forgot Password you will be shown a pop-up stating that your current password will be reset, and a new password will be sent to your inbox.



3. In your inbox you will find an email from noreply@c3smart.net containing your new password. Make sure to log in using the new credentials within 60 minutes, otherwise a new password will need to be requested.

Note: If you cannot see this email in your inbox, please also check your spam/junk folder.
