Credits Balance


  1. From your home screen look to 'Credit Balance' in the top left hand corner.  The number indicated in green shows how many credits you have available. 
    e.g. 18.00 = 18 Individual NetCodes


     
  2.  To expand on this, click on this option and you will be shown a more detailed breakdown of your balance, including when the code was requested, what type of request it was and whether the transaction added or removed a credit.

  1. To purchase more credits simply select your package, select 'Checkout' and follow the instructions.
