CL5000 NetCode® - Programming and Operating Instructions

CL5000 NetCode® - Do-Not-Disturb Feature

Do-Not-Disturb for the CL5000 NetCode® Lock
The CL5000 NetCode® lock can be used in conjunction with an Accessory Panel to provide Do-Not-Disturb features. Where the lock has been supplied without the Accessory Panel, a separate purchase will be required in order to use the Do-Not-Disturb feature.

Installation

To add the Accessory Panel, you will need to remove the lock from the door if already installed. Although the battery cover if supplied will no longer be required, retain the battery cover fixing bolt.
  1. Connect the ribbon cable to the multi-way connector on the PCBA in the frontplate
  2. Install the lock as per the installation instructions, remembering to pass both the power and ribbon cables through the cable tube to the backplate
  3. Connect the backplate end of the ribbon cable to the Accessory Panel
  4. Connect the sensor cable to the Accessory Panel
  5. Secure the Accessory Panel in place of the original battery cover

Programming

Each programming sequence starts with the #Master Code or #Sub-Master Code. The singular blue dots throughout the sequence represent an acceptance flash; the keypad will illuminate blue to confirm a correct input. At the end of a sequence, the keypad will flash twice confirming it’s complete and programming has been successful.

When in Programming Mode, a Program Code must be entered within 5 seconds, otherwise the Red LED will flash and beep and the lock will revert to normal. If a programming mistake is made, wait 5 seconds, the Red LED will flash and beep and the lock will revert to normal.
