How to Purchase Credits

If you have ran out of credits you will not be able to generate NetCodes or send SMS and will therefore need to purchase more.

1. From the Codelocks Connect Portal homepage click on Buy Additional Locks & CreditsOn the next page you will find the credit packages available for purchase.

2. Select Add to basket to add a package to your basket and then View basket.



3. In the next page you will be shown your basket where you can double check your purchase and when ready, Proceed to checkout.

4. Once you have completed the checkout form and clicked Place order the credits will be automatically added to your account. Please note that this is usually instantaneous but can sometimes take a few minutes to appear in your account. A receipt will be sent separately to your email address.

Note: To view your transaction history click on your credit balance on the portal homepage.
